Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Manage and monitor daily employee transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate bus routes, pickup points, and employee shift schedules.
• Supervise drivers and coordinate vehicle assignments.
• Ensure transportation services operate safely and according to agreed schedules.
• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Handle client enquiries, service requests, complaints, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with corporate clients to understand their transportation requirements.
• Maintain operational records, trip reports, attendance, and performance data.
• Monitor service quality, punctuality, vehicle utilization, and operational efficiency.
